Loneliness can be crippling and at times we all suffer from it. it happens to us at some point. Some things might seem insignificant and you may not wish to kick up a drama about it, however it is important to be invited to lunch, to be texted about the party whilst it’s in the planning stage and be included in Whatsapp groups!
