Senior Accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor & Organisational Thinker I’ve been working with people and organisations for almost two decades

My work has taken me across private practice, charities, fostering, education and therapeutic services. Over the years, I’ve worked with adults, children and families, therapists, multidisciplinary teams and senior professionals ~ often where the work is emotionally complex and there is a lot going on beneath the surface.

What links all of this is a real interest in helping people to think more deeply about what is happening whether, within a person, a therapeutic relationship, a team or an organisation. I’m especially interested in the patterns that repeat, the things that are difficult to say out loud, and the dynamics that can quietly shape how we feel, work and relate
